                (Certificates from all the entities worked or working for)

     ○ 학위증 사본 1부(해당자에 한함)

                (Photocopy of the diploma)

     ○ 업무실적 증빙자료 각 1부(해당자에 한함)

    ※ 응시원서, 이력서, 자기소개서, 직무수행계획서는 ________ 홈페이지에서 출력하여 작성바랍니다.

    ※ 외국어로 된 서류는 반드시 번역문(공증 필)을 첨부하여야 합니다.

        (Any document in a foreign language to be translated in the Korean language and to be notarized)

    ※ 상기 제출 서류중 확인 불분명한 증빙서류에 대해서는 인정치 않으며 추가서류 제출을 요구할 수 있습니다.

* Additional conditions common everywhere in Korea: All documents except for the diploma to be in original. Submitted documents are not to be returned.

At the Notary Public

* Two documents in English to be included in the application

1. Visited a law firm specializing in notarization

        * Law firms concentrated around a court

        * Notaries public rarely translating documents

2. Questioned if the applicant brought a personal seal, not accepting a signature for an application for notarization.

3. The clerk bringing in the applicant's seal from nowhere without a prior notice or asking for consent.

4. Questioned who made the translation. The applicant certifying he did it on a notarization document

5. The clerk comparing selected numerics between the original and the translation. (She seemed just to pretend to compare, without clear understanding of English.)

6. The clerk preparing notarization documents and assembling them with applicant's

7. The clerk seeing the lawyer and getting the notarization seals right away

8. The applicant getting two sets of notarized documents after 30 minutes and ￦25,000, without knowing calculation details and destiny of his seal just made up

9. Notarization explicitly mentioning no responsibility for documentary authenticity
